What may be inside this shark? The bulge is about at the beginning of the stomach, thus it is something that probably cannot penetrate the shark’s body. The shark had obviously eaten something it shouldn’t have, and it most likely required surgery to remove it. Since time was running out, the fishermen were at a loss as to what to do and asked the veterinarian if she could come with them or if they could bring the shark to her.
